Overview
Hydro-Mix is a robust microwave moisture sensor designed for flush-mounting in chutes, mixer floors, or conveyors in process control environments. With 25 measurements per second and built-in features such as signal processing, smoothing, and averaging, Hydro-Mix accurately measures the moisture content of material flowing over its ceramic face.
Hydronix Hydro-Com software simplifies remote configuration, calibration, diagnostics, and firmware updates. The linear output allows direct integration with control systems using industry-standard interfaces.

Connectivity
The sensor features two analog outputs, digital RS485 connections, and configurable digital inputs/outputs, making it easy to integrate into a control system. It uses the Hydro-Com communication protocol for read/write access to sensor parameters and values. Ethernet and USB interfaces are also available.
