Powder Additive Dosing System

Elettrosigma’s powder additive dosing system is a complete weight-based dosing system, equipped with loading and unloading screws and a functional hopper loading system that can be filled from bags, big-bags, or silos.

The discharge screw speed is finely controlled by an inverter. Calibration is performed during testing and remains stable throughout the entire work cycle, ensuring that the optimal configuration is not subject to variations or external interventions.

Interfaceable

The system is designed flexibly and can be customized to interface with any type of ReadyMix (dry/wet) and Precast (wet) plant.

Ready to use

The system is supplied pre-assembled, with electrical wiring and pneumatic connections already installed according to Elettro Sigma's high-quality standards

With the appropriate accessories, each of our solutions can interface with any ReadyMix (dry/wet) or PreCast (wet) plant. Upon request, we also offer enclosed solutions for maximum system isolation.
